The Little Red Hen : A Story About Hard Work and Helping Others🐔🌾
Once upon a time, on a lovely little farm, there lived a hardworking hen named Little Red Hen. She loved her cozy home, but she especially loved baking warm, golden bread. One sunny day, she found some wheat seeds and had a wonderful idea. “I will plant these wheat seeds and make delicious bread!” she said happily. But planting wheat was not an easy job. Little Red Hen decided to ask her friends for help.

Will Woofy Help? 🐶
Little Red Hen went to her friend Woofy the Dog.
“Woofy, will you help me plant the wheat?” she asked.
Woofy was lying in the sunshine and enjoying his nap.
“Planting sounds like too much work. I would rather take a nap,” he said.
Little Red Hen was disappointed, but she did not give up. She knew that hard work could bring wonderful results.

Will Whiskers Help? 🐱
Next, Little Red Hen saw Whiskers the Cat sitting on a wooden fence and cleaning his soft fur.
“Whiskers, will you help me plant the wheat?” she asked.
Whiskers shook his head.
“Oh dear! Digging is too hard for me. I need to keep my fur clean,” he replied.
Little Red Hen sighed, but she still did not give up.

Will Quackers Help? 🦆
Little Red Hen then went to the pond, where Quackers the Duck was swimming.
“Quackers, will you help me plant the wheat?” she asked.
Quackers shook his head.
“My feet are made for swimming, not digging!” he said.
None of her friends wanted to help.

Little Red Hen Does the Work 🌱
Since nobody helped her, Little Red Hen planted the wheat all by herself.
She watered the seeds, cared for them, and watched them grow.
Soon, the wheat became tall and golden.
When the wheat was ready, Little Red Hen asked her friends again.
“The wheat is ready! Who will help me cut it?”
But once again, everyone made an excuse.
Quackers did not want to get his feathers dirty. Woofy wanted to rest under a shady tree. Whiskers did not want dust to get on his clean fur.
So Little Red Hen harvested the wheat by herself.

From Wheat to Flour 🌾
Little Red Hen still had more work to do.
She asked:
“Who will help me grind the wheat into flour?”
But Woofy, Whiskers, and Quackers did not want to help.
“We would rather take another nap,” they said.
Once again, Little Red Hen did all the work herself.
She was tired, but she did not give up.
She mixed the flour, kneaded the dough, and carefully placed it in the oven.
Soon, the kitchen was filled with the warm and delicious smell of freshly baked bread. 🍞✨
The smell floated outside and reached her friends.

“Can We Have Some Bread?” 🍞
Woofy, Whiskers, and Quackers smelled the delicious bread.
“Mmm! That smells wonderful! Can we have some?” they asked.
Little Red Hen looked at them and asked:
“Who helped me plant the wheat?”
The three friends looked at each other.
“Not us…” they whispered.
Then she asked:
“Who helped me harvest the wheat?”
“Not us…” they replied.
Finally, she asked:
“Who helped me bake the bread?”
Again, they answered:
“Not us…”
Little Red Hen then said:
“Then I shall eat it all by myself!”
And that is exactly what she did.
She enjoyed every warm, buttery bite of her delicious bread. 🐔🍞

The Friends Learn a Lesson 🤝
Woofy, Whiskers, and Quackers felt a little guilty.
They finally understood something important.
If they had helped Little Red Hen, they could have shared the work and enjoyed the reward together.
From that day on, they learned the value of working together and helping one another.
The friends began working together on the farm and sharing the delicious rewards of their teamwork. 🌾🐶🐱🦆🐔

💡 Moral of the Story:
“Work hard, keep trying, and help others whenever you can!” 🐔❤️
